Icons gone in Windows 10 Version 1903

I have installed the latest Windowes 10 version 1903.

All SVN icons are gone in windows explorer.

I checked the registry path \HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\ShellIconOverlayIdentifiers

but everything was OK. The Tortoise icons are at the beginning of the list.

I uninstalled and installed SVN again without any result.

Please help because I am used to these icons.

That's the 32-bit key. Why would you check there? Explorer is 64-bit.
