Bugtraq plugin doesn't work after the v1.14 update

I have used v1.13 and the bugtraq url was opened correctly from svn log. But after i installed the TortoiseSVN 1.14.0, Build 28885 - 64 Bit,

it doesn't open the url when clicking on it.
