Missing apr.h after build

Hi,

I aims to add a button in commitDialog to normalize each line input. I follow steps in Build.txt and got a build success message in cmd, but still failed in build in vs2022.

I mainly worked in c# so I not sure what the problem is. The version  info is below.

VS2022 community

Java 8u371 x64

Python 2.6.6 x86

libxml2 libxml2-python-2.7.7.win32-py2.6

Perl strawberry-perl 5.32.1 x64

WIX 3.11.2

nant 0.92

excuse me, I check the build.txt and follow the steps in nant part, some commands report success and some not, and still missing a file (or some) in building.

I success in nant subversion, binaries, tortoisesvn (at least they finally report a success) and failed in nant setup which report a missing of "Tools\xslproc"

In vs2022 it also report a error which is libsvn-tsvn32.lib can not open, still, not sure where the problem is.

Do you have the "Tools" folder? If not, did you run nant init? If you have the Tools folder but no xsltproc.exe, please delete the Tools folder and run nant init again.

Did you build the appropriate x86/x64 version, the same as you try to run in Visual Studio?
