Can't connet i get denied by the machine, i don't have proxy turned on it has worked for over a month like it is but now it just won't let me connect any ideas? I can ping the machine so it is something with SVN

I can't connect to the SVN server and i have no proxy setting turned on it worked yester day turned on my computer today and now it doesn't. 
Please any ideas?
