[Feature Request] Add the option to "Show Locked Files" in Check For Modifications window

I would like to request that the filter option "Locked Files/Folders" (or something similar) be added in the Items to Show area when using the Check For Modifications tool/window.

Just had a case where I was trying to break a lock on a file that was unmodified but checked out. I found it by ticking show Unmodified in the filter list, however polling the remote server took several minutes as the repository has over 130,000 files in it.
