Authentication failed on repository using externals as well as when opening Repo Browser

Hi

I am currently using TortoiseSVN 1.9.7, Build 27907 - 64 Bit , 2017/08/08 19:34:38 ipv6 enabled and it worked well until last week. We uses repositories with external defined and now I am not able to check out any repository with external defined.

When I try to check out the repository, a windows is asking me for credential, but my domain credential are no more accepted and Tortoise returns following error:

Error: No more credentials or we tried too many times.  

Error: Authentication failed  

This only occurs when I am working in a remote location of my company, this week I went in out main location and it works as expected, this means, that my credential on the server are OK.

My coworker in the remote location does no have the same issue, none of them are using Windows 10 at the moment.

Does any one have an idea how can I fix the problem?
