SVN Update command is failing

I am trying to update some Projects to Subversion and I keep getting the following Error:
Error Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted
Error Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.
I am using TortoiseSVN 1.7.5, Build 22551 - 64Bit, 2012/02/13 17:36:15
When I google Subversion cleanup command, it states to use "TortoiseSVN -> Cleanup"... when I right click on one of the Projects and then go to TortoisSVN side menu, there isn't a "Cleanup" option...
What am I missing and where is this magical "Cleanup" command - any help would be gratefully appreciated!!

The cleanup menu item is right below the "revert" item. Just look again.
