Bug: Changelists and directories

Hi Tortoise Developers,

First, thanks for Tortoise its an excellent tool.

I have a minor bug to report.

- Add a Directory (right click TortoiseSVN->Add)
- Add a Text file (right click TortoiseSVN->Add)
- Got to parent, select TortoiseSVN->Check for Modifications
- Select the Text file and the Directory
- Right click, select Add to Change Lis, enter name
- Both directory and Text file show as being added to the Changelist
- Close dialog
- Goto parent directory again, select TortoiseSVN->Check for Modifications
- Dialog opens,
- Text file is shown within named ChangeList
* Directory is shown under "no changelist"

If you select TortoiseSVN->Commit,
- Text file is shown within named ChangeList
* Directory is shown under "no changelist"

Subversion doesn't allow changelists for directories. So that's by design.
