Icon overlay does need explore restart

The tortoise SVN , how it shows overlay icons without restarting the explorer after installation.
Usually every icon overlay handler needs restarting explorer to get call GetClassObject but SVN does not . it will be helpful to know the concept behind it.

TSVN uses a shared overlay handler dll, which is used by other Tortoise* clients as well.

So if you have another Tortoise-Client installed, the overlay handler is already loaded.
