Missing arrow icon overlays in repo browser for 1.9.5.27581

Hi,

On upgrading from tortoisesvn 1.9.5.27581 to 1.9.6.27867 I found the arrow icon overlays in the repo browser disappeared (those used for external repositories declared with svn:externals properties).

On downgrading to the previous version I found the arrow icon overlays restored.

This appears to be a regression.

I am running on Windows 10, 64-bit.

same over here. We upgraded from 1.9.5.something to the current TortoiseSVN 1.9.7, Build 27907 - 64 Bit , 2017/08/08 19:34:38

The issue happens with Windows 7 and Windows 10.

These arrows were very helpful, please bring them back to us :-)

I still got those icon overlays in the repo browser.

What version is your server?
What url does the folder with the external and the external itself have?

Same issue here.
Happens at work (Win10) with 1.9.7 while 1.9.5 runs fine. Don't know the server version.

I can reproduce the behavior at home (Win 7, clients x64) with file://-repositories. I tried externals within the same file://-repo and externals from another file://-repo. Both 1.9.5 and 1.9.99.28003 have arrows while they are missing with 1.9.7...

We also have this issue here with 1.9.7 and 1.9.6.
Downgrading to 1.9.5 solves the issue.

Server version is 1.7.14.

I found it on Windows 7 x64, the subverion server is version 1.8.9 (r1591380)

TortoiseSVN-1.9.5.27581 OK
TortoiseSVN-1.9.6.27867 not OK
TortoiseSVN-1.9.7.27907 not OK
