Export from modified files window causes exported files and folders in root folder to loose first character of the name

HI there,

I have been noticing this issue from 1.10.xxx release. Whenever I export files using right-click->export otion either from modified files/commit window the files in the root folders are getting renamed in a way that the first character of their names gets ommited.

e.g.
If I have folders named "Once", "Twice" and a file named "Thrice.txt" my exported folders & files will have names "nce", "wice" & "hrice.txt" respecively.

Please look into it.
