TortoiseSVN overlay icons does not show up

Hi,

I use Windows 10. Regedit tells that TortoiseSVN uses 9 icons, OpenDrive uses 7 and there is one other. TortoiseSVN icons are first in the list.

I use shell cache and I have enabled fixed and network drives. I did turn on Windows icons.
