I want to send the changes in the project but I am getting this error.

I am the client in repository. We are using Unreal Engine 5.1.1. What can I do in that situation? Can someone help me?

"Add" in Subversion is to put a new file under version control. The error message indicate that there are no non-versioned files in your working copy.

Are you thinking of the "add" action in Git? This is not needed in Subversion, you can commit your changes right away. To select which files to include in the commit, make a selection in the Commit dialog.

It seems to me that you are using an incorrect command. You should use the 'SVN Commit' command in the context menu, not 'Add'.

Typically TortoiseSVN commits those files that are scheduled for commit, and all modified files are scheduled for commit automatically. You can control which files to commit using the check boxes in the Commit window (under 'Changes made ...').

If you understood you correctly, then that plus sign means that the file was copied (you can hover the mouse cursor over the changed file to get more information). But a screenshot would be helpful here, since the question is not entirely clear.
