Will TortoiseSVN follow LTS and regular release channels like Subversion?

Subversion recently changed to two channels: regular 6-month releases and LTS (24-month) releases. Details at https://subversion.apache.org/docs/release-notes/1.11.html but briefly, 1.11 is the first regular release and 1.9 and 1.10 are now considered LTS.
Will TortoiseSVN also follow the same strategy or will it always be based on latest regular release?
