TortoiseSVN can't find the host

Hi everyone, I created an svn server (I called it "serversvn") on my nos (OpenMediaVault). the svn server: https://hub.docker.com/r/garethflowers/svn-server is a docker image. I tried to access the repository (I called it "vbrepo") but TortoiseSVN can't find the host: svn://serversvn/vbrepo
