(TSVN1.10.0) Unversioned files are not shown in commit dialog when invoked on parent folders

Before TSVN 1.10, when there were unversioned files in child folders, using Commit ... context menu on any of the parent folders resulted in these files be shown in the "changes made" section of the commit dialog and be able to effectively add them at commit time. But, now these files are not shown and there is no visual hint on explorer. One has to exactly know where such files are and use add on them, directly. Even invoking "Add ..." on these parent folders wont list unversioned files, which was a natural behavior previously.

Are you sure those files are not ignored by either the global ignore pattern (see the settings dialog, first page) or an svn:ignore property?
Note that recent svn versions inherit the ignore properties from a parent folder. So you may have ignored a pattern in a folder above.

I have noticed the same with older versions on one of my machines, so I think it must be a setting.
I never bothered trying to find out which one, but the ignore list, as Stefan said, sounds like a good first guess.
