Automatical refreshing of tortoise svn client colored states in windows explorer possible?

Currently, when I make a change within a working copy folder, the colored state of the affected file/folder reflects this change by changing its color and symbol.
But is it also possible that for e.g. a change in the repository made on server side (we are using Visual SVN server) or committed by another user is being noticed and signalised on my local working folder automatically?

You can use Project  Monitor (included in TortoiseSVN) or hook scripts on the server side (which for example can send an e-mail) when a change is committed.
