Where can I get the source code?

Where can I get the source code to TortoiseSVN 1.9.7?  SourceForge has been offline for days due to a DDoS attack.

I'm looking to debug apparent corruption in our repository, and TortoiseSVN, being compiled with Visual Studio, is much much much much much much easier to debug than the other Subversion builds (because they require the horrible mess called GDB).
