improvement request: automatically remove deleted branches/tags from MRU lists

I just opened the "Switch to branch / tag" dialog and selected a path from the dropdown list at "to path:". I found that lots of branches are listed therein that have been deleted already. I would appreciate if deleted paths are automatically removed from the dropdown list (make this functionality optional, add a checkbox in the settings for it), or at least there should be a button in the TSVN settings ("cleanup MRU").

(And thanks again for moving the TSVN group to google groups! I don't like google that much, but it's definitely much more comfortable than using the forum at tigris)

Just select the entry, then hit Shift+Del to remove the entry from the list.
