Changes made to commit message in a mixed-DPI multi-monitor setup on a secondary monitor are not visible

I am using Windows 10 x64 1803 17134.590, TortoiseSVN x64 1.11.1.
I have two monitors connected:
- 3840x2160, 200% scaling (primary)
- 1920x1080, 100% scaling (secondary)
When I open a commit dialog on the primary 4K monitor (shown there by default), everything works fine. When the dialog is moved to the secondary FullHD monitor, changes to commit message are not visible (i.e. nothing happens when I type). When the dialog is moved back to the 4K monitor, all the changes made appear and the dialog then works correctly.
