Feature request: Remember column display widths in log windows / project monitor

Currently, the log window and the project monitor have the revision list revert to its "default" column display widths on every window open or refresh.

I would very much like those windows to remember manually-set column display widths instead. For instance, I personally like to effectively hide the "Actions" column and shrink the "Revision" column, to be able to see more of the commit messages, like such:


But doing that isn't very helpful if I have to manually set those display widths again every time I hit F5. Could you make those column display widths persistent?

Hello, I would still like this to happen. I have had to reset my column display widths every day, dozens of times per day, for a decade - it's a lot of wasted time that could be saved relatively easily by persisting the column display widths for the project monitor.

I suspect it would be relatively easy to implement, given that the horizontal splitter positions (between the revision list, the commit message, and the changed files list) are already persisted just fine.
