I noticed the same thing. I'm not installing without a digital signature. Too many supply chains have been hacked recently to trust something that is not signed.

currently building 1.13.1 which will fix this problem.
However the whole build (x64, x86, docs, ipv6 version, language packs) takes several hours, so please be patient.
