Unable to Check in files due to "no matching lock token"

Hi I am trying to commit the SVN delete of a folder, but I get this message at the end of the error log of the folder and file:

"no matching lock token"

I tried to do a clean up with break locks checked, but still does not work.

The folder is deleted now and I can't get to it to check the revisions or logs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
