Outdated issuetracker docu

Hi,

this came up during a discussion on the SVN dev list [1]. To me it
appears that the documentation here [2] is outdated in respect to how
the bugtraq-property works (with TSVN 1.8+).
Atm it states:

If the properties are not set for a folder, the client should search upwards
in the working copy for them until the working copy root is reached.


This apparently is no longer an accurate description (i.e. the property
is inherited from the parent path, independent on whether that path is
also in the WC or not), or am I missing something?
