Nightly build for 1.14.x?

I can't find nightly builds for 1.14 branch. Also 1.13 was missing, so are nightlies no longer produced for branches, only for trunk?

is it possible to host them on your own (AWS, Azure)? Do clouds have free space/traffic for open source projects?
