Windows snap feature?

I just noticed that windows of TSVN* snap (and stick) to monitor edges, unlike other windows. Is this some undocumented feature? Documented?

Can it be turned off?

* like "Log Messages", "Repo Browser", but not TortoiseMerge

Version is 14.1.1

wow! that's a feature from the very, very early days of TSVN, at least ten years old...

It's not documented, no, and it can't be turned off either.

But seriously: it took you how many years to notice it? So why do you need to disable it now?
