overlays visible only on desktop

Hi,

Overlays icons are visible only on desktop view and are not using file explorer.

I have tried to reinstall, and I have checked that inside the windows registry the tortoise icons are on top.

Do you have your working copies on a local drive or on a network drive? By default, TortoiseSVN doesn't show overlays on network drives.
