Issue report: sometimes i don't see completely regular revisions without 'show merged revisions' checkbox

I found that sometimes tortoise svn doesn't show revision in case when 'show merged revisions' checkbox is unchecked. I tried to find out what is wrong with revision but hasn't found any obvious obstacles. Namely:
1) only icon for modification is shown for revision
2) there are only three properies for revision are nonempty:
svn:author
svn:date and
svn:log
