How to checkout only properties files in SVN repo

Hi,
I have multiple projects in SVN repository and each project have individual properties file having list of components/packages used in the project.
I wanted to checkout ONLY properties file for all projects from the SVN repository and get the list of all components/packages used from the repository.
Can i know if any command or tool available to get only properties file instead of check out the complete source code?
