Issue tracking of TortoiseSVN

I am looking to the issue tracker that handles issues of TortoiseSVN itself, but I can't seem to find it on the web page.

Is this information publicly available?

If so, I'd appreciate a link. Otherwise, how else can I get this information?

thanks for you message. I am not trying to report an issue. I need to review known issues (open and closed) in order to formally validate TSVN for our use case.
