To assist with potential fault-finding, the links work OK for me from both Firefox 70 and Chromium 78, from ubuntu 18.04 LTS. For completeness, I also fired up a Windows VM and downloaded successfully with IE 11.

I didn't actually run the downloaded installation files but simply confirmed that the downloads succeed.

Still not working for me, same error. Found someone in the dept who already had the installer and used his.
