Ignore for compare the first 17 columns/characters, how?

Hi
In the files RPGLE the first 17 characters/columns are the date and the sequence, is not part of the program/file.
When compare all the lines are diferent.
Its possible customize the TortoiseMerge for that?
Examdiff has the possibility "ignore the 17 columns", ist possible with "Custom filter" (Attach image option)
