TortoiseSVN and TeX, again

Hi,
I installed TortoiseSVN on Windows 10. I can see SVN update and SVN commit on File Explorer, and they seem to work (I can see the logs). However, I cannot see overlay icons. How can I fix this one ? I used TortoiseSVN command line tool to start the project.
