Tortoisesvn disabling my wifi

I just downloaded it today and ever since then my wifi has been acting weird the driver works fine but it keeps showing can't connect to this network and if I end the tortious app in task manager it works fine. I'm pretty sure that this can be fixed but don't know how anyone have any ideas?
