Commit dialog does not show

New laptop with 4K display and normally two UXGA monitors attached.

Fresh installs of Visual Studio 2019 16.2.5, VisualSVN 7.1.2 (x64) and TortoiseSVN 1.12.2.28653 (x64)

Per-monitor DPI awareness enabled.

Update works great.

svn command line commit works just fine.

Commit however shows Tortoise on taskbar but no Commit window appears.

Mouseover taskbar icon shows thumbnail of completely empty white box.

Right click, Close Window, dead end.

Is there any logging that I can turn on to help identify what the cause of my problem might be?

Any suggestions on what I can check?

New laptop is losing it's luster...

Try this:

Settings dialog, saved data. Click the "Clear" button right of "Dialog sizes and positions".
