How to shelve?

The TortoiseSVN docs state:

To shelve your local changes, select your working copy and use Context Menu → Shelve

But, using TSVN 1.10.0, I can't see a Shelve option in the Context Menu.

Does it matter where in the working copy you right click? Could any state of my working copy be disabling that option?

Works for me:

Did you restart your machine? Confirm TSVN was really updated correctly (select TortoiseSVN -> About and verify it states TSVN 1.10.0).
