PropertyPage Shell Extension Size is too large

Hello, I am running Windows 10 and have updated to the latest version of TortoiseSVN.
(TortoiseSVN 1.10.2, Build 28392 - 64 Bit , 2018/10/07 21:26:46
ipv6 enabled
Subversion 1.10.3, -release
apr 1.6.3
apr-util 1.6.1
serf 1.3.9

I have noticed that the PropertyPage shell extension does not display correctly.
The TortoiseSVN PropertyPage is larger than standard which forces all PropertyPages to be displayed larger than they should be when it is included.
Please see the attached image for an example of a standard PropertyPage (Without the TortoiseSVN PropertyPage) and an example with the PropertyPage.
If you look at the image of the TortoiseSVN PropertyPage then you can se that it appears to be using a different font/font size, I believe this to be the issue.
Please note that this did used to work. I have checked my colleague's machine with the same set up and the same behaviour was observed.
