bug report new release TortoiseSVN-1.14.3.29387-x64-svn-1.14.2

I expect the new release works better than 1.14.2 the previous release, but the release does not work on Windows 11 x64 correctly. 

The error picture:

Theshell icons are not updated any more, so I can not see any more if a file or folder was modified in the explorer.

How I installed it:

It worked bevore with 1.14.2 on my system. 

I deinstalled 1.14.2 from the system and rebooted.

I installed the new version 1.14.3 on the system

The shell icons are not showing any the revision state.

The icons works fine for me, both in 1.14.2 and 1.14.3. Initially it did not work for me in 1.14.2 but I had to go into Settings, Icon Overlays, Overlay Handlers and found the error message that there were other overlay handlers installed and that Tortoise would not show a few of them. I started the registry editor and removed a few I didn't need (OneDrive for example). Then it worked in both 1.14.2 and 1.14.3.
