[Feature Request] Adding V3 Shelving when TortoiseSVN is linked against SVN 1.14

Hi Stefan & Team,

Are there any plans for when V3 Shelving will get integrated into TSVN?

When I grabbed a nightly linked against 1.14, I was surprised to see that V3 Shelving didn't appear to be working - I was just thinking SVN would implement that all under the hood without much of any needed UI changes within Tortoise.

The primary thing we're looking to implement is shelving/checkpoints for changes that reflect new files/folders. Currently, all shelving/checkpoints fail when selecting added files, or non-text (ie: binary) files.

If this isn't currently on the radar, would you be willing to implement it if I did the development?

Hi Justin,

If you go into Settings and check under General, Dialogs 3 there is a setting to use Shelfing(sic) V3. Does that work for you?

The shelving support support in Subversion could use some work, that is why it is still experimental. If you have any input that would surely be welcome, either on the TortoiseSVN side (UI side) or on d...@subversion.apache.org (for issues with the shelving itself).
