Performance issue for "svn status" command

We have installed Tortoise SVN tool on the server and we have SVN repository at another server. We are facing performance issue for "svn status" command.

Please suggest.

Try fixing the timestamps on the files with the "cleanup" command.

Also check virus scanners - usually they're the ones that cause slowdowns.
