nightly fail to build

I can see that the nightly started again, but fail with a message that Debugging Tools for Windows can't be found:

C:\TSVN_BRANCH\tortoisesvn\default.build(358,6):
'C:\Program Files (x86)\Debugging Tools for Windows (x86)\srcsrv\svnindex.cmd' failed to start.
    The system cannot find the file specified

Have you installed the Win10 SDK? Here the path is different:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Windows Kits\10\Debuggers\x86

this is now fixed, but nightlies still fail:

[exec] C:\TSVN_BRANCH\tortoisesvn\src\TortoiseSVNSetup\StructureFragment.wxs(163) : error LGHT0103 : The system cannot find the file '..\..\doc\output\TortoiseSVN_en.chm'.
[exec] C:\TSVN_BRANCH\tortoisesvn\src\TortoiseSVNSetup\StructureFragment.wxs(164) : error LGHT0103 : The system cannot find the file '..\..\doc\output\TortoiseMerge_en.chm'.

So, something happens during help creation.

I'm aware of the problems. Working with Ian to get them fixed...

ok, 1.10 nightlies work again, but 1.9 nightlies are still broken
