Nightly Build Windows 11 context menu not showed.

TL;DR: No, it is not because of limitations on the build machine. It is possible to build yourself with a self-signed certificate. I've done it and Stefan updated the build instructions sligthly based to make it easier.

Will a public stable release binary need additional steps to support that? If not, what is the difference between nightly build and stable release?

The stable release of TortoiseGit does support Windows 11 now, and their nightly build version also support Windows 11 context menu.

I'm waiting for svn 1.15 to be released.

And the TGit Win11 context menu was done by me.
