TortoiseSVN 1.6.8 No graph available

Dear TortoiseSVN Developer,

Please help my problem. I use TortoiseSVN 1.6.8, when I want to revision graph I got No graph available (attached image).

This my svn server :

svn, version 1.9.3 (r1718519)

   compiled Aug 10 2017, 16:59:15 on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu

It's run on OS Ubuntu Server 16.04.3 LTS

The revision graph shows copies/moves. If you show the graph for the repo root, there's nothing to show.
And if the path you show the graph for has never been copied/moved (i.e., no branch/tag was created) then the graph is empty as well.
