no nightly for stable 1.11

Hello Stefan,

long time no see. I was confused why latest is 1.11.99 instead of 1.10.99 just to find out 1.11 is out. Seems Subversion is changing release policy.
Anyway, will there be 1.11 nightly besides latest, or you changing policy as well?

Ian is busy - sent an email a week ago to change the nightly builds...
