Error during Migrating from Perforce to SVN

Currently I am following the url “https://articles.assembla.com/using-perforce/getting-started/migrate-from-perforce-to-svn” but below given “p42svn.pl” command failed with segmentation fault (core dumped)☹

Segmentation fault (core dumped)

& there is another way I found as per the below article,

I could not see any source code here, Please verify it once as I am not sure on SVN stuff.
