8th grade picnic TOMORROW (Sunday, June 13)

Join us at Rogers Field (in front of TOPS) to celebrate our graduates.

Tomorrow, Sunday, June 13th

3-5pm

• Please do not bring pets due to allergies / Roger's is not a designated dog park
• Families should bring: blankets/chairs/own food/drink for non-students (there will be limited refreshments available)

Spread the word! If you know anyone who might need a ride, PLEASE let me know, and I will make sure they get one.

We reserved the playfield for our use. Per Seattle Parks and Rec requirements, we had to submit a COVID safety plan. Since Rogers Field is a ballfield, it's called our "Return to Play Plan". I am required to distribute the plan to all attendees, so please see the attached document. Essentially, please bring a mask and wear it when you are not eating or drinking.

Some kids brought up the idea of a parent against student kickball game, which would be really fun, rain or shine (this IS Seattle!). 

I don’t have a good kickball, so please bring one if you do!

I’d love if someone could share the kids group photo, and the run under the flags video. I was too busy to take photos!

Thank you Tina (instigator organizer), Martha (organizer for food and decorations and…)Jonathan (for the music that made it a party) and Brenda (who made the TOPS books for signing) and everyone else who contributed. 

That was the wettest picnic I have ever been too and yet the most fun I’ve had in a long time.
