file does not contain a valid base URI and cannot be opened

I have opened TBC, and all my files in the navigator are marked with a red cross. If I try to open any of them I get the message "ile does not contain a valid base URI and cannot be opened".

If I open any of the files with vi I can see that they all have a valid base URI

# baseURI: http://data.agrimetrics.co.uk/def/bcpc-ppp

# imports: http://data.aggateway.org/def/ag-ppp

# prefix: bcpc

how do I fix this?

Hi Derek,

Please send screenshots of the red crosses as well as your application logs. In addition, please let us know which build of TBC you are running.
