Meanwhile you can get to this wizard if you use the File >
Import menu instead of right-clicking an existing file in the
explorer.

If you're stuck on this issue, you may want to downgrade back to a previous release. Not much has changed on the TBC side for 7.0 anyway. I believe the problem was caused by the Eclipse and Java upgrade that we did, not our own code. But for 7.0.2 we have worked around this 3rd party change. I believe 7.0.2 will be out in the coming week.
