Why would one explicitly put
@base in a turtle file?
Like
@base <https://standards.iso.org/iso/21597/-1/ed-1/en/Container> .
Esp. when it is assumed the same as the x in <x> rdf:type owl:Ontology?
What is the best practise here?
Better have it in or out?
