TopBraid Live failed during startup

Somehow my installations seems to have gone south, with messages I do not understand in the log.   However, most seem to be about connecting to remote servers.   My connectivity at the moment seems fine.   I have attached a shot of the log messages I get consistently on restarting.    What happened?   Will reinstalling fix this?     Thank you!

Hi. Is the application functioning correctly as far as you know and these messages just appear on startup? This is TBCSE 6.1.1?

Thank you for responding!    Yes, that is the correct version.   I restarted TBC, because it didn't seem to be functioning quite correctly in the first place.  (E.g., the cursor wasn't behaving properly over the graphic display.  Also, before that, it gave me an error about a URI base that didn't seem to exist.)   With these wierdnesses was hoping for a clean start up so I could be confident      

I am now using it and on first blush it seems to be working.

Do I need to worry about these error messages?

What does TopBraid server Live do, that it needs to connect to these sites?    Are these connections critical?

Hi. Typically they are only the warnings but you may have an error due to a restricted environment. You do not need these connections for this version and the messages should be safe to ignore.

Okay, thank you!    I am in a hotel, could that be a factor???

Can you say briefly what this server does?
